Committee Responsibilities

Each member of the executive committee carries specific duties that advance our mission of bilateral cooperation.

President

Provides strategic direction, represents the Academy at bilateral forums, chairs general and executive meetings, and serves as the official liaison with Chinese counterpart organizations and government bodies.

Vice Presidents

Assist the President in organizational duties, lead thematic sub-committees for cultural exchange and academic cooperation, and assume presidential responsibilities in the President’s absence.

General Secretary

Manages daily operations, coordinates between departments, oversees event planning and logistics, maintains institutional records, and ensures the timely execution of committee decisions.

Secretary

Prepares meeting agendas and minutes, manages official correspondence with partner organizations, handles membership communications, and supports the General Secretary in administrative duties.

Treasurer

Oversees financial management, prepares annual budgets and audit reports, manages membership dues and sponsorship funds, and ensures transparent accounting of all Academy resources.

Executive Members

Serve on program-specific sub-committees, represent the Academy at regional events, contribute expertise in education, trade, language promotion, and youth engagement, and vote on strategic initiatives.
